Welcome to My Tree Poster (www.mytreeposter.com). By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms apply to all purchases and use of services on www.mytreeposter.com, owned and operated by My Tree Poster, based in Sweden.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or misuse of our services.
2. Products
We sell posters produced with care and high quality. Most of our products are made to order (print-on-demand).
We reserve the right to change our product selection, prices, or product information at any time without prior notice.
All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.
3. Orders and Delivery
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding agreement is formed only when the order confirmation has been sent.
We are a small team and aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Rest of the world: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs and Customs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Complaints
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exception: As our posters are made to order and/or personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply to correctly delivered products, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
We will send a replacement or offer a refund at no additional cost.
Right to Make a Complaint
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint for up to three (3) years in the case of original defects. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered (two months is always considered reasonable).

All payments are processed securely through the respective payment service providers. We do not store your card details.
7. Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
My Tree Poster shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of income, loss of profit, or data loss.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays, customs handling, technical issues, or force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and graphic materials, is the property of My Tree Poster or its partners and is protected by copyright law.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall primarily be resolved through mutual agreement. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be examined by a Swedish court or by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
